Daughter Work & Official Preaching Point Form

Please complete this form if you plan on planting a new daughter work, or for registering an official preaching point.

This form should be completed by the Senior Pastor of the mother church.

The primary differences between a daughter work and an official preaching point:

• The ideal apostolic progression is: (1) bible study, to (2) small group, to (3) official preaching point, to (4) daughter work / branch work / campus.

• Preaching points ideally would be an already established small group / bible study which has been identified as having potential to become a new work.

• Daughter works ideally would be an already established preaching point that is ready to transition to more of a permanent church setting.

• Daughter works are registered with both the district and the UPCI, are listed on the UPCI church locator, and are eligible for certain funding grants.

• Preaching points are only registered with the district, and are not yet eligible for funding.
