  • Existing UPCI congregations undergoing a pastoral transition can apply for NAM Status under the following conditions:

    • (1) Undergoing change of pastoral leadership, (2) have a total membership of under 50 people, (3) have less than $25,000 in accounts and assets, and (4) have a difficulty to meet obligations without temporary monthly assistance

    • New pastor agrees to go through NAM training, attend LAUNCH, rebrand the church, relaunch the church utilizing LAUNCH principles and methods, submit to district and sectional leadership, work closely with NAM Director & leadership, and exhibit a spirit of ongoing evangelism and excellence in pursuit of effective methodology.

  • To receive NAM status, every church must be affiliated with the UPCI.

  • Church planters can use this application to apply for personal or property support financed by Christmas for Christ. Application will be open from October 15 to January 15. For application information, please read the Policy. Applicant must complete required online CFC training OR have attended Launch Training. Email nam@upci.org for more information.

  • UPCI Youth Ministries allocates Move the Mission monies each year to North American Missionaries. The MTM Property Grant is available, and can be used to remodel owned property, purchase property, purchase a building or build new construction. The MTM Portable Church Equipment Grant is available, and can be used to purchase portable (removable) church equipment. Applications are open from June 1 to August 15.
